WEEK 8 – EVERY BODY RESTS

Hi Everyone, hope you are all well and ready for another session of Every Body Counts. This week our session is on sleep… yes really! There have been so many of our every body counts families who have mentioned they sleep (and sleep hygiene) are issues in their house hold- whether it be late nights, disorganised sleeping patterns or phones, tablets and devices shining that blue light in our eyes as we catch up on the days news, sport or just the dreaded “doom scroll”.

This weeks session is designed to tidy up your routine around sleep- getting you that well needed rest so you can awake the morning after well rested and ready to join the day as “your best self”.
