A massive welcome to you and your family starting with us at the Warrington Wolves Community Foundation as part of our Every Body Counts program!
We are so thrilled that you are joining us to start your health gains journey- whether that be in physical activity, mental wellness or nutrition.
This week our session focusses on why planning matters- this can be meal planning, planning of activities or just planning for yourself alongside this we will reflect on what your family already does well and get you moving with some family style HIIT training!
