Wow! Week 10 already! You are all doing so well you know!

Every Body Thinks has been crafted to get you thinking about 2 things- Sugar and cognitive load.

Neither of these topics are easy to master- we are on the go so much that we are looking for that quick energy boost to keep us going- but do we actually know how much sugar we should be having? Or how much is hiding in the foods we love?

Next up is cognitive load- how much “mental weight” are you carrying at home? Can this be shared? Are you able to craft out some time for yourself to “brain dump” that information down to clear some space in your mind?
